This 4 month Fellowship covers the traditional form of Hindu Ayurvedic treatment & Medicine, Aromatherapy, & Beauty Care treatments. Aromatherapy is the practice of using plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical wellbeing, and Beauty Care involves skin care.

Threading: Method of removing unwanted hair from the face using a long piece of thread

Eyebrow: The plucking and shaping of eyebrows

Waxing: The process of hair removal using a strip wax to effectively remove the hair from the root.

Manicure: Beauty treatment of the hands. Your nails will be cut, filed, and shaped.

Pedicure: Cosmetic treatment for the feet and toenails that cleans your feet, provides nail care and foot/calve massages.

Face Clean Up: Get rid of dirt and dead skin cells. Besides revealing radiant skin, it also keeps acne and blemishes far away.

Facials: A facial is a beautifying skin treatment that cleanses pores, exfoliates dead skin cells, hydrates and moisturises the skin, and treats common skin concerns with a customized regime.

Elakizhi: Rare and fresh herbal leaves medicated oil body massage with bolus bags

Navarakizhi: A type of massage that induces sweat and providestrength to the muscles while rejuvenation and re-energizing you.

Pindus Sweda: An Ayurvedic Age old massage therapy that involves herbs and powders

Pizhichil: A unique therapy with a special linen cloth dipped in warm oil poured on disease affected areas of the patient.

Shirovasti: A special technique of bathing the head with medicated oils

Takra Dhara: A continous flow of medicated buttermilk poured on the forehead for anxiety, insomnia and other illnesses

Greeva Vasti: Cure for cervical spondylitis, back pain, nervous system and spinal cord
